I’m Chris Raddatz — a cinematographer, producer, and journalist with a background that cuts across documentaries, digital media, narrative and news. I’ve spent over a decade telling stories in all kinds of different formats, from longform investigations to short-form series, and more recently, as the host and producer of Snapchat's Good Luck Los Angeles.

Along the way, I’ve worked with teams at Snap Originals, Seven Bucks, Chipotle, Duncan Channon, The Academy Musuem... I've helped launch shows, led campaigns, and picked up a few Emmys for projects I’m proud of. A lot of my work lives at the intersection of fast-paced digital and cinematic storytelling — figuring out how to make something that hits, even as you’re watching on your phone.

I started in documentary and news, which taught me how to cut through noise and stay focused on what matters. I move fast, find the heart of a story, and stay grounded in truth. That mindset doesn't change, even when the format does.
